From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The apartment is located in a quiet and scenic area, with good sun conditions. There is a short walking distance to the lake and Tømmerstø pier. Playgrounds and a soccer field are close by. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator available. It has two bedrooms with two beds and a mattress to put on the floor. Large guest parking. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken and the city center. There are good bus connections. Towels and bedlinen must be brought, but can also be rented for 250 NOK per person.
