Lake cabin in Stryn

Handsome cabin at the shore of the lake. The cabin has a cozy patio for sunny days, late summer evenings and good memories! The main floor consists of a toilet, kitchenette, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The basement consists of bathroom with shower and sauna. As well as basement living room with bar and TV. The loft consists of a bedroom. Note: here it is low under the roof. 30 minutes to Stryn city center and 30 minutes to Nordfjordeid city center. The last stretch is the narrow road down to the fjord. One parking space for a small/medium-sized car.

Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. About 30 minutes to walk to Tvinnefossen, where you can walk under the waterfall. Nice, but steep hiking area in the village. Possibility for nice mountain trips. Otherwise you have Hoven in Loen, with gondola, restaurant on top, via ferrata. Short distance to Briksdalsbreen glacier, Geiranger, Viking ship at Nordfjordeid.
