Très bel appartement agencé par un architecte au deuxième et dernier étage d'un bâtiment qui fut autrefois une brasserie prospère sur le port de Dinan. Tout le confort moderne à disposition, télé, WiFi, coin séjour, cuisine équipée ( lave-vaisselle, four, plaques vitrocéramiques, frigo, café Senséo, grille-pain, micro-ondes etc ...). Les lits sont faits, le ménage est inclus.Nombreux restaurants à deux pas, boulangerie, promenade à pied, bateau, vélo, petit train... Supplément 10€ si animal.
