Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

So close to NATURE

Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

We offer completaly new appartement finished July 2019. Appartement is situated in first floor and it is for 4 people. It has two separated sleeping rooms (each for 2 people), living room with equiped kitchen (also TV), bathroom with shower and WC. Beautiful view to the mountains 🏔️ You have to pay 3,50 Eur/night/person TouristTax after your arrival (Kids till 15 years are free)

Das Apartment mit Panoramablick in die Bergwelt. Die nicht einsehbare Südterrasse ist der ideale Ort, um die Sonne sowie die Aussicht in die Bergwelt zu genießen. Winter und Sommer Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Mountainbike-Strecken, Langlaufloipen, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min zu erreichen.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Our wooden house located 1800m above see level offers an overwhelming panoramic view. In Summer a paradise for hiking, paragliding, climbing, mountainbiking; In winter, snowshoeing and perfect for skitouring.

Our house is on the sunny side of Schladming. The gondola Golden Jet is five minutes by foot. Completely renovatet in old wooden style and very cosy.
