Moin! Wir bieten unsere Anliegerwohnung als Privatunterkunft zur Vermietung an. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang, Küche, Duschbad und Wohn- / Schlafzimmer. Sie ist über eine Innentreppe mit unserem Haus verbunden. Oben ist aber eine Tür welche verschlossen ist. Die Unterkunft hat einen separaten Eingang, wir ermöglichen dir eine zeitlich flexible Schlüsselübergabe. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, WLAN, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Kamin und Terrasse vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Gemütliche Wohnung (ca. 40 qm) sehr ruhig im Grünen + gleichzeitig stadtnah. Die Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang umfasst einen kombinierten Wohn-Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Sie wurde im Jahre 2019 komplett renoviert. Es ist allerdings eine Souterrainwohnung, Stehhöhe in Küche und Schlafbereich ca. 2 m. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da es ungesicherte hohe Stufen gibt.

It is a granny flat in an inhabited apartment building with children and a dog, which can be heard occasionally. The use of an 11kw (type 2) charging station is possible with your own cable and is charged at €0.30 per KW. Washing machine, shower, TV, WiFi, dishwasher are available. The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically).
