Cheia - traditional old village in Transylvania

Cheia village is located in the heart of the Apuseni Mountains of Transylvania, right next to the beautiful Râmeț Gorges (Cheile Râmețului) and three other scenic gorges. We are surrounded by forests, majestic mountains, and wild landscapes. The guesthouse is a renovated, original thatched house from the 19th century. Our place is remote and can be reached on foot via a marked trail or by 4x4 in dry weather, with proper tires. We can also arrange transport by car from Brădeşti to our location.

A comfortable living area features a gray sofa adorned with yellow accent pillows. A small round table sits nearby. Light streams in through large glass doors leading to an outdoor space, while a wall-mounted television and simple white furniture complete the unobtrusive decor.

Great place to relax in the hearth of nature, in a Mansion, close to cities like Alba Iulia, Cluj Napoca and Sibiu. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space and all the outdoor and indoor activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a sport field, pool, sauna, salt room and a lot of others sports. Great mountain roads for trips, bikes and offroading.

A serene outdoor space features a rectangular swimming pool surrounded by a smooth gray patio. A lounge chair rests on the side, while a large umbrella offers shade. The backdrop includes a two-story house with a balcony, nestled among lush greenery.
