The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros per use will be charged. Smoking is allowed outside in front of the cabin.

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.
