Our small but cozy and recently renovated home sits on top of 2 hectares of private land with no nearby houses overlooking the stunning valley of the Gredos mountains and our lush olive and fruit trees. In winter, sit by the fire as you look out the window at the views and in summer, relax in a hammock on the balcony while you eat and read amongst the silence and greenery or sit by the pool (opens June 1st!)

A stone and wood house at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park in Arenas de San Pedro, 170 km from Madrid and 90 km from Ávila. In the heart of nature, ideal for enjoying tranquility and the environment. Ideal for couples and families who want to disconnect from the city and enjoy a unique environment. It consists of 3 rooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. Two full bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, garden with a saltwater pool and porch.

Everything is designed here so that you can “Atalantar”, which is the Partocha word we use to express that we are “in our center”. The house was an old barn that has been restored to become a spacious and bright stone loft. It is located in Valdemolinos, a village of Sta. Mª del Berrocal. Five people live there daily, so peace and quiet are assured. Piedrahita is 10 minutes away by car for shopping. Just 30 minutes from many places of interest: Peñanegra flight area, Valle del Corneja, La Covatilla ski resort, Jerte Valley and many routes that you can do on foot and also by bike.
