Ristrutturato a Giugno2017, il monolocale1 è uno dei due monolocali di Casina Lanterne, composta da due vecchi casolari speculari di 32mq, ciascuno dei quali formato da ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. L’ampia corte, la zona barbecue, il pergolato con cucina e una doccia esterna sono di uso comune. Il parcheggio è privato.

Una comoda casetta di 35mq dallo stile curato e minimalista, che include una camera ampia completa di letto matrimoniale in un’alcova ariosa e di due divani letto singoli, un bagno completo con doccia e un ampio terrazzo con vista su mandorli e ulivi di oltre 100mq, in cui si trova la cucina esterna. La Casetta si trova a breve distanza da Casa Romanello, la nostra altra proprietà con cui condivide la bella piscina, ma ha spazi aperti separati che ne garantiscono la privacy.

Caratteristica casa in pietra che può ospitare fino a 4 persone, in un ambiente nuovo e curato nei minimi particolari composto da un open-space che ospita un accogliente cucina in muratura ed una zona living, due camere da letto , un bagno e la lavanderia .Lo spazio esterno offre una splendida veranda panoramica , mobili da giardino ed in barbecue. La zona oltre ad essere molto tranquilla offre , solo a pochi minuti, splendide spiagge dalle acque cristalline.
