"Bryggerhuset" has one bedroom with a double bed and a flexible 180 cm bed in the living room that can be separated into two single beds. For groups of more than 4 people, "Bua" can also be used as an extra bedroom. In "Bua" there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Parking for 1–2 cars, and only 900 meters to Karlshus city center with shops, restaurants and public transportation.

The lake has 250 kilometers of shoreline.

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
