Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

A 140x200 double bed, sofa bed and large dining table in the living room, Wi-Fi, a new, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with tub offer a pleasant comfort. The nearest supermarket with bakery is in 5, the bus stop towards City in 1 minute walking distance.

Located in the middle of Limbach-O.. Close to Kaufland and special price tree market. The bus station is in very close. Very easy to reach via the A 4 and A 72.
