The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The Bükfalva NP15 apartment is a popular guesthouse-style apartment accommodation in Bük, ideal for a getaway with family or friends, and located just a few minutes by car from the thermal spa. The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique.
