Charmant studio situé à Ville vieille (la rua) avec son parquet mélèze de 1844 emplacement au centre du Queyras à côté des ptis commerces (accessible en longeant la rivière ) ANIMAUX BIENVENUS ! ➡️un Espace toutou dans l armoire (voir photo)☺️leur est dédié Lit escamotable (plus de place)+ BZ pour une autre personne éventuellement Plusieurs randonnées au départ de l appartement (sommet bucher,col Fromage,boucle des astragales, demoiselles coiffées...) et 15 min a voiture des autres du Queyras

Chalet familial, 100 % rénové, avec vue

Nous proposons le 1er étage de notre chalet familial, rénové à 100 % en 2024, après 2 années de très gros travaux d'isolation et d'embellissement pour un confort maximum. Un environnement exceptionnel, à 1900 m d'altitude, à 700 m de Brunissard, au bout d'un chemin forestier carrossable. L'hiver, l'accès est le plus souvent impossible en voiture, mais le chemin se fait facilement à pieds, même pour des enfants : prévoir plutôt des sacs à dos. (option moto-neige pour bagages) 5 G disponible !

La baita si trova a 1400 metri nella caratteristica borgata Sant'Antonio di Ostana, lontana dai circuiti turistici di massa. La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

Ce confortable appartement se situe dans une belle bâtisse où il est agréable de séjourner, en toutes saisons. Au sein du charmant hameau de Ville-Vieille, il est au coeur des vallées qui vous mènent à la découverte du Queyras. Chaleureux, avec son plancher en mélèze, la pièce de vie est facilement ensoleillée. Il bénéficie d'une jolie chambre, une kitchinette équipée, une salle de douche, un wc. Le balcon vous invite aussi au repos. Un lieu cocoon dont nous profitons nous-même régulièrement.

A 5 mn à pied du centre de Guillestre vous trouvez: tous commerces , cinéma, restaurants, supermarché. Aux portes du Queyras, Vars, Risoul, et de l'embrunais sa situation géographique vous donnera accès à un terrain de jeu illimité été comme hiver.
