Immaculate apartment in High St

Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

Lovely Apartment With Views Of Golf Course

Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

This unique place has a style all its own and is centrally located. Close to all necessary amenities, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tennis, bike rental, mini golf, bowling, go-cars. The sea is also close by, but it is a 10-minute drive by car. Quesada is the ideal base for excursions. The apartment is 30 minutes south of Alicante Airport.
