You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Metato of Borgo Toggiano

Borgo Toggiano tells us the story of the rural past of the Modena mountains. It is a rural settlement dating back to the 1800s, consisting of separate buildings that served as residences and for agricultural work. Two centuries later, it was the subject of a restoration by local craftsmen and stonemasons, who brought to light the stones with which these buildings were built. Just 500 meters from the center of the village in a low-traffic area (the only passing cars are those of residents), it offers the opportunity to stay in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from all services. The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
