Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. It consists of a room with a double bed with a bathroom that is accessed from the room and a loft that overlooks the living room with two small beds. The house is in a quiet and small village of 45 inhabitants in the Pyrenees and in which there are no services or shops. Jaca, which is the nearest town, is a 20-minute drive.
