The Mas Miraflors is located in Perpignan, close to the beaches of Canet, Toreilles, Barcares... We are attached to a winery, and therefore surrounded by vineyards. The proximity to two roads is in no way an inconvenience, the place remains very relaxing and calm, because on a mound surrounded by a wooded park. This location allows you to enjoy easy access to the beaches but also to the city center of Perpignan. In addition, from the Pool area, we enjoy a magnificent view of the Canigou.

This listing is for two listings located within the same castle. The rental of the 2 apartments allows you to privatize only these 2 apartments but also the main courtyard of the castle. The pool remains shared with the other cottages, being on the other side of the castle. The pool is away from the castle, and is surrounded by a large wooded area.

Mas catalan situé à Perpignan, et proche des plages, notamment de Canet. Le mas se trouve au milieu des vignes, entouré d'un parc arboré, et juste à côté d'une cave, pour les amateurs de vin. Il reste toutefois facile d'accès grâce aux routes assez proches, Perpignan centre est à seulement 10 min tandis que Canet plage est à 5 min.
