Small loft-style studio, completely renovated 300 meters from the Basque Coast. Back from the street, you will be quiet. Ideally located, opposite the Mazon Park, everything can be done on foot: 5 min from the center and the halls of Biarritz, 5 min from the beach and 10 min by bus from the train station. Very pleasant and spacious apartment of 120 m2 in the Parc d 'Hiver district, on the outskirts of Biarritz and quiet. Perfect for 6 people (families only). Shops and buses on foot, close to beaches and downtown. An atypical accommodation, quiet and ideally located to discover the Basque Country! Lots of charm, neat decor. Private terrace on the ground floor with plancha + garden with ping pong table. Easy and free parking right in front of the house, a real asset in the summer season.

Independent access and no vis-a-vis. Bright, well soundproofed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom upstairs below. Memory shape mattresses date back to 2022. Non-smoking apartment. No cleaning fees are charged. Please take the sheets out of the bed and leave the apartment clean in the condition you would like to find it.
