Uman River House (Una House)

Even in the cool autumn, make memories of autumn in Una, a loess house. The autumn leaves of Shinyuksa Temple, the phytoncide of Hwanghaksan National Arboretum, the Namhangang Swing Bridge, and the autumn of Umanri Narutteo are all exciting. Yeogang 1-gil trekking, bicycle touring, a short business trip and moving, golf and those who want to have a chonchangas, come to Una~ Memories begin in a rural loess house. And try using the washer and dryer. Barbecue, Yeoju rice and sweet potatoes are also delicious in autumn. If you sweat in the loess sauna, your body will feel refreshed. Una House is an accommodation that was remodeled with red clay in 2024 for health and healing. There are up to 3 people and a fee will be charged for additional guests. Daegwallyeong, located at an altitude of 700 meters, is a land above the clouds with blue skies and clean winds throughout the four seasons. It offers a pleasant atmosphere in summer without tropical nights, and a snowy village in winter. You can also have a warm interaction with cute animals at the nearby farms, as well as the natural environment of the 'National Forest' and the 'Anbandege' observatory, which is famous for its trekking course.

Janjan/Jan2 (Tesla Walker Connector, Jacuzzi, Board Game)

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. We hope you experience the meeting of the past and the present during your stay at 'Golmala'. We have provided a guide to the history of 'Golmala', nearby restaurants, bars, and cafe information. It was officially opened as a Hanok experience accommodation business at the end of January 2023.
