Climb upstairs using a miller's ladder and discover a 160 x 200 double bed and a pull-out bed with two 70 x 190 mattresses. A balcony allows you to admire nature. Enjoy the private Nordic bath!

A refreshing and unusual break to visit the area (Tiffauges castle, Maulevrier park, 1 hour from Nantes, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh) and 12 minutes from Puy du Fou.

Studio located at the back of the owner's garden with pool shared with the owner. Kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, living area with sofa bed (good quality bedding), mezzanine with 2 beds (1 single bed, 1 double bed) (note that the ceiling height is 95 cm). TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Bed linen, towels and bath linen are provided. within a 5-minute walk, you will find a bakery, a convenience store, a pharmacy.
