The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Across the courtyard you will reach your separate entrance on the terrace. First you enter a spacious dining room, which connects to the living room with a large passage, with a sofa bed. Seperately follows the bedroom with double bed and closet and then in the basement the small but fully equipped kitchen and the shower bath with washing machine.
