Spectacular and cozy apartment located in the Nautilus building in Punta Prima, on the beachfront, only 50 metres from the sea and next to the amazing Nautilus restaurant. The apartment is renovated with 2 spacious bedrooms, a independent kitchen with all new appliances, living room with 50" smart tv, WI-FI, a renovated bathroom and a terrace with incredible views of the sea and the 25 meters swimming pool, open only in summer season (15th June to 15th September), and garden of the community.
