Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

Drink your morning coffee with the most beautiful view

Enjoy a drink by the terrace barbecue in the lovely modern townhouse in two floors. The house is part of a settlement designed by Jesus de Valle, one of Spain's best architects. Both terraces offer the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the Sierra Nevada, the Marina del Este marina and the finest beach. In addition to the bathing-friendly beach, a large pool is right by the house. The house is located to the east on the prestigious Punta de la Mona peninsula, 1.5 km from the smaller town of La Herradura.

Charming idyllic sea view house

La Aldea is a fully equipped self-catering house which sleeps 4 people and it's situated in an exclusive area of Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. It's made up of a quaint little cul-de-sacs, with narrow, slightly steep roads leading to each unique house and surrounded by colourful flora. It's these things which give it it's name, "Punta de la Mona" (Point of Beauty). The area is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing with friendly neighbours. La Aldea is a little paradise and a chance for escapism.

One double bed and two individual beds stuck together. 2 large bathrooms + guest bathroom. There is also a third room (office) which can be used as a bedroom. Fully equipped with everything you need. A third floor with an elevator, fully equipped, with wonderful views from the terrace, with a swimming pool (open during summer months), parking, and surveillance cameras that are located on the access stairs to each block and in the common areas of the development. Ideal for diving and water sports.
