Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse is accessible independently and is entirely dedicated to you. A real gîte of character in the heart of a beautiful Poitevin village, 5 minutes from Pescalis, 35 minutes from Puy-du-Fou, 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Futuroscope. An above-ground swimming pool (Zodiac type, 7 m x 5 m), located on the owners' property, is also accessible for guests.
