Magnificent ground floor duplex located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in an unparalleled environment and a four-minute walk from the Giralda. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. Its location in a historic neighborhood with narrow streets means there is little light and humidity in the environment. This is normal considering that it is located in a neighborhood built in the Middle Ages.
