The apartment is well located in a peaceful 24 hour security gated urbanisation, less than a 3 min walk to the beach and only a 5 min walk to the Puerto Banus Harbour. The apartment comes with a large terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table. Private underground parking included, WIFI, SMART TV. The urbanisation has a swimming pool and also a tennis/padel court.
