Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

In-law apartment with about 34 square meters in a detached house, where the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

This cozy apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay. The spacious living room invites you to relax, while the bedroom/office with a single bed and desk is ideal for work or rest. The kitchen has everything you need—microwave, oven, stove, kettle, plus spices and tea. The small balcony with a bench and table is perfect for a morning coffee. Just a 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn, with Munich 20 minutes away. Fields and a forest nearby offer a great escape. Solo travelers only, dogs on request.
