Ionian gems is built upon a hill, on a plot of land of 4 acres in total. The building itself measures 120 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort and sleeping up to 6 guests. Your first steps will bring you to the villa’s entrance; walking through it, you will discover the living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The Villa offers three bedrooms . The fantastic veranda offers many possibilities of recreation and of course the swimming pool.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Welcome to Athenee, built in 2025, our complex is located at one of the city's most central points. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, our modern and beautifully decorated rooms offer all the amenities you need and excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night. Our location gives you direct access to restaurants, cafes and shops, the Kiani Akti beach is also just 1 Km away.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.
