The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

Studio for 2 person it's only two minutes from the center of the town. It's eguiped with one double bed, kitchen with fridge and mini oven , cable tv, free WiFi, towels and private bathroom . This accommodation is suitable for those who want to be in the center of the old town. Everything you have to visit in Ohrid, historical monuments, church...is several meters from you, the airport is 10 km from us, and the bus station 5 km far. It is located in the old town of Kastoria, Doltsos, and is a few minutes from the center.
