The location is very close to many trails (Alpe Adria, Gemina, etc) and in the heart of Carso winemaking district. Dog and cat present on premises. Local turist tax 1€ per person per night.

The MAZZ House

A superb location in the heart of the city. Only steps away from main piazza and grande canal. But despite being so central the street has limited traffic, only buses and taxis are permitted to use it making it surprisingly peaceful. Please note this property is 4th floor without an elevator. Our holiday home is located in the center of the village Col under the fortress of Monrupino. It is the oldest house in the country, home to a farm with osmiza (typical Karstolino place where farmers sell their products directly), with a closed courtyard, a well dated 1818 and a beautiful balcony in karst stone. Despite being surrounded by other houses, you can enjoy the tranquility of a small village.
