Luxury residence with privacy 1.3 km from Ostuni

At the gates of Ostuni (about 1 km from Corso Mazzini), the suite, of about 30 sqm, is an exclusive solution immersed in the Apulian countryside, surrounded by wonderful centuries-old olive trees and located on a hill from which you can enjoy the view of the green Adriatic sea and the Ostuni skyline. Built entirely of stone in 1700, restored in 2021, the ancient lammia, today called “La Chicca di Ostuni” is the only construction within an exclusive estate of approx. 2 hectares (20,000 square meters) in size.

IL TRULLO DI NINNO

The trullo is surrounded by more than eight thousand meters of land bordered by the classic dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean scrub fill the view even from inside the pool. It's a great place to rejuvenate, rest, and stargaze. It's our summer home, but we rent it out every now and then. It is located in the magical Valle d'Itria: Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martinafranca are ten minutes away. With a few more people, you can reach the sea of Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Guaceto.

The sweetness of doing nothing

In the Apulian countryside, a detached house among centuries-old olive trees ideal for a couple, consisting of: living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom and bathroom. Porch with barbecue and sink. Outdoor shower and stonework bench in the shade of olive trees in the large Mediterranean garden. The house enjoys total privacy. Ideal place to relax, enjoy contact with nature, visit places of art, explore the wonderful Apulian coasts and taste the famous Apulian cuisine.

Double Apartment - Il Belvedere

The "Il Belvedere" vacation home is comfortable and has a beautiful view of the historic center. The kitchen is complete with all amenities, including a microwave and coffee maker. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Netfix subscription. The rooms are bright and air-conditioned, all seasoned with a modern and captivating design. The property was built on ancient cellars dug into the tuff and is within walking distance of Laterza's historic center.

Recently refurbished (2020) tiny house perfect for a couple. The house is located in Specchiola, the perfect hub to reach deep Salento and amazing towns of Valle d'Itria. Specchiola is the right place for those who are looking for beaches and a mix of cultural places visits. Located 10 mins driving by Brindisi Airport, we strongly recommend renting a car in Brindisi and enjoy awesome places around.
