This small house is perfect for couples. It is also possible to accommodate a child with a maximum height of 1.40m. There are no stairs or other architectural barriers. Each house is independent and equipped with every comfort. In the large 1,000-square-meter garden, there is a 12x6 in-ground marble swimming pool with whirlpool and adjacent hot shower, a barbecue area with gazebo, and parking. You can take walks in the woods along the stream and pick seasonal fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our house is adjacent to the three apartments we rent. So our guests can express any need and ask us for advice on what our area offers. Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery.
