Reservations are based on the number of guests; therefore, it is not possible to bring guests into the apartment who are not included in the reservation.

The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes away on foot from the old town and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with a bathroom with a second washbasin and washing machine. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
