You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

This very nice apartment on the quiet outskirts of Leoben (city center and university approx. 25 minutes' walk) we have completely renovated. The 1-room apartment is fully equipped. Supermarkets, a cinema, Asia SPA, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. New high-quality sofa bed from the company Traumsofa with real mattress and slatted base!

A two-story building is situated amidst a lush green landscape, framed by towering mountains. Solar panels are seen on the roof, and balconies on the upper level provide a view of the surrounding nature. A clear blue sky with scattered clouds enhances the serene environment.
