The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

An outdoor area features a heated jacuzzi pool surrounded by wooden decking. Several lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation, and a large dining table is set nearby. Umbrellas provide shade, with trees in the background adding to the serene outdoor environment.

Surrounded by private lavender field, infinity pool (8x6m) and a fire pit area... Due to not completely finished details villa is offered under special promotional prices (50% discount). Everything is fully functional and looks the same as the pictures show. Some details are not finished and 1 room in the villa is currently not in use (wellness).
