Casa Montañesa, newly renovated, over 100 years old. It is located next to the mouth of the Pas River, Usil beach and the Liencres Dunes Natural Park. It has great privacy with its 4000-meter garden surrounded by a large stone wall. 10 minutes from Santander and 2 minutes from the highway make it quick and convenient to get to any of the activities, routes, or cultural visits that Cantabria offers.
