A bright apartment with about 90 m² awaits you divided into three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate walk-in toilet. Free private parking is available on site. The second bedroom is available from the 3rd paying guest, the third bedroom again from the 4th guest.

In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to downtown, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

twelve minutes from the tram parking lot and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and to downtown Graz with car ten minutes and to the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.
