Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Haus, gebaut in 1898 und 2023 von uns liebevoll restauriert, liegt ruhig und mitten in einer ländlichen Umgebung. Es erwarten Dich Rad- und Wanderwege, Alpinsport, aber auch Kulturschätze wie Schloss Neuschwanstein oder die Wieskirche in der Nähe. Abends dann gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein an einem der (3) offenen Kamine ausklingen lassen oder bayerische Spezialitäten genießen in einem der umliegenden Gasthäuser.

Aber: Wer Komfort, Perfektion oder eine moderne, cleane und funktionale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, wird hier enttäuscht werden und sollte daher NICHT weiterlesen (dafür gibt es geeignetere Angebote). . Wer aber ein einzigartiges Haus mit viel Charme und Geschichte sucht, und sich nicht daran stört, dass es zieht, dass das Fenster klemmt und hier wie da der Putz abbröckelt, der sollte unbedingt weiterlesen und das "Haus am Hügel" besuchen.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Das Häuschen wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich im idyllischen Schnürpflingen. Sehr privat mit separatem Eingang. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich hinter dem Häuschen. Es ist ein kleiner Badesee in der Nähe und große Wälder mit vielen Wald-und Wanderwegen. Ein Bäcker und ein Getränkemarkt ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3km entfernt.
