Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

1A Chalet Koralpe ski + sauna

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Beech green tree house

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Welcome to our lovingly restored Cider House – once part of a traditional cider-making farm, now a cozy hideaway full of charm and character. Sustainably renovated with wood, clay, and natural materials, it blends rustic warmth with modern comfort. Unwind in the open-plan kitchen with wood-burning stove, sleep under the stars through a skylight, and soak in the views from the spacious balcony. Enjoy the outdoor sauna and a private fitness room – perfect for a peaceful escape.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

"Small but nice" Beautiful location with distant views. Self-catering cottage in a secluded location. Experience special moments in this pleasant family-friendly place. A fully equipped kitchen. With an inviting and cozy atmosphere, you can linger in the garden. Various seating and reclining facilities are available in the garden. A great fire and barbecue area can also be used well. The surroundings and tranquility invite you to relax and unwind.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. The alpine village offers chalets, private campsites and services focused on health, relaxation and gastronomy. Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury. It features a spa, sauna, oak wine barrel bath, infinity terrace and fully equipped kitchen.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
