Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with incomparable sunsets.

The ground floor consists of a living room with two windows overlooking the patio, fireplace, sofa bed, bathroom with large shower and modern kitchen with steel island, with three French windows to access the outdoor dining area with BBQ. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower. The garden is well-kept, there are various relaxation corners, a sundeck and an infinity pool with hydrolysis

Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). It consists of two apartments with separate entrance from the garden. The villa has a total capacity for 10 people and each apartment has a kitchenette with dish washer and air-conditioning in all rooms, wifi and veranda. The villa has also large outdoor areas and a beautiful salt water swimming pool where guests can relax.

Podere Montebono is located in the hills of Reggello, just 30 kilometers from Florence. Ideal for reaching art cities and natural sites. The farmhouse is isolated on a hill, immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees, a garden, and woods. The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 4 people). We do not rent single rooms. Barbecue area. Total privacy.
