Rompe con tu día a día y relájate en este oasis de tranquilidad.Casita en la montaña a 8 minutos de la playa, con enorme jardín, porche, pequeña piscina y bbq. Desayuna mirando la montaña y escuchando el sonido de los pájaros. . . . . la casa cuenta con una alarma antiokupas con fotodetector en el garaje (sector cerrado y fuera del alquiler)en el interior tenemos magnéticos y un volumetrico sin lente ni cámara. Debido a los últimos incendios las bbq están prohibidas por ley de junio a octubre

En pleno entorno natural la Casita de la montaña se encuentra fuera de Red y es autosustentable, entre el mar y la montaña ideal para desconectar, realizar deportes, hacer senderismo o simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza. Esta a solo 10 minutos en coche del pueblo, playas y supermercados. puedes traer a tu mascota, aquí se sienten libres. Hay WiFi en el alojamiento para poder teletrabajar. La AV7 se encuentra en las cercanías y se puede escuchar la bruma dependiendo el día, es lo malo.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
