In the morning, you can head straight for the hiking or biking trails, and in the evening, you can return to a peaceful, noise-free environment. The apartment is ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature, and comfort in one place. In the surrounding area, you will find beautiful forests, scenic views, and well-known Šumava locations. The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Apartment (90 square meters) in a quiet location directly at the Oberzwieselau golf park, for 2 people on the ground floor of the Oberzwieselau forester's house. Golfers receive a green fee discount at the Oberzwieselau Golf Park Furnished by the architectural firm bauconcept, in clear structures and high-quality materials. Large park of the former Gardening at Oberzwieselau Castle for free use. Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
