Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The bedroom features a spacious hotel-style bed with soft linens and pillows, complemented by a serene landscape mural on the wall. Modern bedside lamps are placed on either side, and a stylish chandelier hangs overhead, illuminating the warm wooden floors.

Auszeit auf dem Land - 3

Ruhige Lage am Bauernhof, der in Betrieb ist. Zu Erntezeiten kann es aufgrund betriebener Geräte etwas lauter werden. Wir haben einen freilaufenden Hofhund und eine Katze. Die nächste Ortschaft mit Discounter, Tankstelle, Lokal und Spielplatz ist 3 km entfernt. Nach Landshut (Kino, Restaurant und schöner Altstadt) sind es 15 km. Der Balkon, die Sitzgelegenheiten und der Freisitz ist zur freien Verfügung.
