The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). On the one hand, this location allows a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway up the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
