Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.

The apartment has been renovated 5 years ago, and 'very quiet, do not pass roads with traffic and is particularly suitable for families with children. The sea is very clean and shallow.
