Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Beautiful studio completely renewed in 2022 in Ronco sopra Ascona. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a private garden for guests (with the opportunity to eat). Less than a minute away there is a small store, open 7 days a week, with everything you need, even for cooking. The accommodation is equipped with WI-FI and a Smart TV (Zattoo, Netflix, ...). Flat renovated last summer (July 2017). Located on the ground floor (raised floor). Very bright and comfortable. Kitchen equipped. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Ein kleines Studio das auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessinferien günstig verbringen will ist hier ganz richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar und nach Italien an die Märkte fährt das Schiff fast vor der Haustür.
