O apartamento encontra-se num edifício centenário completamente renovado. A sua localização é excelente com os principais ícones da cidade ao redor. A 100m da Rua Santa Catarina, 400m da ponte Luis I, a 500m da Ribeira, 400m da Torre dos Clérigos. Junto à Praça dos Poveiros. A vista do apartamento é fantástica.
