On the eastern slope of Sesimbra, 1 km, about 12 min on foot, 2 min by car from the center and the beach, this very spacious duplex has a fantastic sea view. Note: the path to the beach is along the side of the road On the 2nd floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a large bathroom with bathtub. The 2 bedrooms share an 8 m2 terrace and a front sea view. The 1st floor has a living room, kitchen and toilet with shower. The living room has 1 terrace with 15 m2 and a front sea view. Wi-Fi, TV and free parking.

Pour profiter au mieux de tout l'espace notre logement est conçu en mode Open-Space (la chambre s'isole avec des rideaux). Il est à la fois très central et très au calme. Tout est accessible à pied. WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Nice flat in Setubal - Homevolution

Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.
