Charming apartment

Lovely and cosy apartment near the sea in Santa Eulalia del Rio, on the beautiful island of Ibiza. It is located in a Ibiza style building with a garden of pine trees. In a quiet area to spend a dream vacation. The apartment has been recently renovated. It is very bright and well decorated. It has all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, etc..), TV and air conditioning. It has a double bedroom and 2 confortable coaches in the living room for two others. The nearest beach is Cala Martina, where there is a kitesurfing school and good restaurants, Playa Niu Blau and Cala Pada ... are wonderful beaches. Nearby is the town of San Carlos, with its famous hippy-market of Las Dalias. Definitely a place to come and discover the incredible and fascinating island of Ibiza.

Appartement entièrement rénové dans le centre de Portinatx, il est situé dans une résidence calme nommée Puerto Blanco, à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces (3min à pieds). Situé au 1er étage, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double ainsi qu'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec un canapé convertible. La salle de bains a une douche à l'italienne, plan vasque et WC. La terrasse sur le toit de 45m2 est privative. Elle dispose d'une cuisine, table et banquette face à la mer.
