Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

This 100 sqm house is nicely decorated, bright and calm, with all necessary appliances. From the terrace, you can gaze out at the harbour, the sea and the mountains. The parents' room is spacious (25 sqm) and enjoys an even more stuning view. It has a piano and a desk. The localization of the house is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores, train and bus stations to get to the cities around, including Barcelona. A parking spot is available, which is great on summer.
